About the Role
Bruegger's Bagels is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join their bakery. As a brand ambassador, you will create a positive guest experience, ensure food and beverage quality, and maintain a clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Team Members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
- Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.

- $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
