About the Role
The Student Learning Development team is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative University Success Programme Coordinator to provide strategic and operational leadership for the institution-wide transition programme for first-year undergraduate students. This role ensures alignment with institutional priorities and the delivery of high-quality support for student transition into Higher Education.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage programme development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Manage staff and resources.
- Work collaboratively across Schools and Professional Services to enhance the student experience and support student success.
- Build partnerships with academic and professional services colleagues to promote and embed the University Success Programme within the student experience.
Requirements
- Use specialist expertise in student transition and learning development to influence practice.
- Contribute to service enhancement and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and evidence-informed decision-making in line with the University's values.
