About the Role

We are seeking our first in-house Motion Designer & Video Editor to visually represent Pogo's products and brand. You will collaborate with B2B marketing and B2C growth teams, producing content ranging from product demonstrations and launch videos to effective consumer advertisements.

Responsibilities

Bring our B2B product to life through product demos, launch videos, explainers, and other marketing content.
Create original UI animations and motion graphics to simplify complex features.
Produce engaging short-form videos for consumer ads using UGC, creator footage, and raw assets.
Experiment with hooks, pacing, storytelling, and creative variations to enhance ad performance.
Edit founder, customer, and brand content, including interviews and testimonials.
Manage the entire production process from concept and storyboarding to animation, editing, sound, captions, and delivery.
Adapt content for diverse audiences, platforms, and formats.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to translate briefs into creative assets, ensure product accuracy, and maintain brand consistency.
Develop and enhance video production capabilities by creating reusable templates, motion systems, and workflows.
Integrate AI tools into the creative process for ideation, asset generation, editing, and production to increase output without compromising quality.

Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional motion design and video editing skills, including original animation and footage-led content.
Experience creating video content for B2B technology or SaaS companies (in-house or agency).
Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling visual stories.
Proficiency in motion design, including typography, composition, timing, transitions, and sound.
Skill in creating polished UI and product animations from scratch.
Excellent video editing instincts, especially for short-form and performance-driven creative.
Ability to capture attention, tell compelling stories, and maximize impact in short videos.
Comfortable creating both polished B2B product content and fast-paced consumer ads.
Adaptable creative approach for different audiences and objectives.
High proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent professional tools.
Comfortable working with Figma and product design assets.
Experience incorporating AI into creative workflows.
Self-starter with ownership from start to finish.
Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate proactively.
Thrives in a fast-moving environment with direct feedback and constant iteration.
