Responsibilities
- Support store procedures including opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security.
- Assist fellow partners during high-volume periods to ensure smooth store operations.
- Anticipate and fulfill customer and store needs by understanding the store environment and customer preferences.
- Contribute to creating the 'third place' environment during each shift.
- Deliver legendary customer service with a 'customer comes first' attitude and build genuine connections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for customers and partners.
- Consistently provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products according to recipe and presentation standards.
