Responsibilities
- Consulting & IT-Professional Services: Accompany companies on the path of digital transformation with industry knowledge, technical competence, and a clear view of what is feasible. Whether SAP consulting, digitalization of business processes, or IT strategy – shape the future here.
- Software-Development: Develop digital solutions with tailor-made applications, intelligent interfaces, stable architectures, and modern technologies such as Java, ABAP, Low-Code, or platform development.
- Project & Service Management: With a focus on Delivery Excellence; whether methodical project management or service management – drive digital projects forward with an overview and drive.
- Infrastructure & Security: Cloud architectures, IT operations, Cyber-Security – ensure that IT functions reliably and remains secure, e.g., with automation, penetration testing, and innovative security concepts.
- Central Corporate Functions: Ensure stable processes in HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, or other central areas and create the framework for sustainable growth. (Offers in these areas only at the main site in Halle, not Remote!)
Requirements
- Completed studies or a comparable education and initial practical experience in the field, e.g., through internships, working student activities, or project work.
- Interest in digital solutions, technical innovations, or strategic consulting.
- Motivation to take on responsibility, team spirit, and the willingness to learn new things.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of knowledge exchange.
- Openness to new technologies, methods, and ways of working.
- Very good German language skills from at least B2 level upwards are required due to the project and customer environment.
