About the Role
CLA is seeking a Business Software Director - Sage Intacct to lead the development and management of staff, business plans, and fiscal budgets within the CLA Digital Team. This role is responsible for developing and administering the business software consulting practice, and creating strategies for delivering business software solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Must have construction experience.
- Must have Sage Intacct implementation experience.
- 6 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions required.
- 8 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions preferred.
- 3 years of supervisory or project management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required.
- Combination of education, experience, and training may be considered a degree equivalent.
