Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Beverage Supervisor for Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional looking for career growth and diverse opportunities within a company that values teamwork and excitement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales.
- Research and implement new beverage products to elevate guest service and satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on job responsibilities.
- Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading and managing a team.
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
