About the Role
Liberty Resources is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community‑based setting. This role helps ensure high‑quality care, supports daily living needs, and assists in supervising staff.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living skills and individualized goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care
- Use crisis‑prevention and conflict‑resolution techniques
- Assist in supervising direct care staff and daily operations
- Share on‑call responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree and 1 year of experience
- High school diploma and 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to transport individuals
