Responsibilities
- Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience.
- Engages and interacts with all customers.
- Maintains a clean and organized store environment.
- Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store.
- Models established customer experience practices.
- Supports and embodies a positive store culture.
- Rings customer purchases/returns accurately.
- Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
- Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
- Initiates and participates in store recovery.
- Maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
- Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capable of multi-tasking.
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Retail customer experience preferred.
