About the Role
Partner with Account Executives to service clients, fostering strong relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, membership, and revenue goals for existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop working relationships with client contacts to ensure renewal and retention.
- Execute tactical components of the account team's business plan for customers.
- Collaborate with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues.
- Collaborate with team members on client installation.
- Attend open enrollment meetings.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Health Insurance industry experience.
- Proficiency with desktop software applications including e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Salesforce, AI.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Travel required up to 25% (Possible overnight travel).
