About the Role
Morgan Properties is looking for a Maintenance Service Technician at our 504-unit apartment community in Tonawanda, NY. This role is crucial for maintaining the property to high standards and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs
- Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws
- Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
