About the Role
As a Night Porter at Conrad London St. James, you will assist guests with transporting and storing luggage, and deliver memorable experiences that make their stay exceptional. You will be part of a team that values hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
- Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
- Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
- Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
