About the Role
Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for AI voice agents, from deployment through optimization and expansion. Connect customer needs with product development to build high-performing agents and operating practices for a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, learn their business needs, and scope and deploy AI voice agents.
- Optimize agent performance and expand deployments into additional customer use cases.
- Present agent value and return on investment to customer decision-makers, using data to demonstrate business impact.
- Debug agent behavior on specific calls, customize conversation flows, and address compliance requirements.
- Translate customer feedback and unmet needs into product capabilities in partnership with the product team.
- Develop playbooks and operating standards for the forward deployed product function.
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience, including substantial direct customer-facing work.
- Startup experience is required.
- Product management, computer science, or data science background with technical depth for product concepts and basic debugging.
- Strong customer communication and relationship skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Willingness to take end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to analyze data, explain ROI, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor and ChatGPT.
- Experience with SQL or coding assistants such as Claude Code is relevant.
- B2B SaaS or regulated-industry experience (e.g., mortgage, lending, financial services, healthcare) is relevant.
