About the Role

Join our growing Anytime Fitness club(s) in Westchester County as a gym membership manager or certified coach/trainer. We are seeking the best-of-the-best to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling prospective members, member needs, billing, and security.
• Manage the facility with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills.
• Manage emails and daily marketing and communications via phone, text, and Club-Os.
• Sell memberships and personal training packages.
• Perform clerical office work, including CRM database management, filing, and payment tracking/billing.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must live within a 30-minute radius of the club.
• Must be available to work weekends (at least one full day), evenings (potentially until 9 pm), and holidays.
• Must have a reliable car.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Persons living further than a 20-minute radius will not be considered.
• Must provide a complete resume, brief cover letter, and two references.
