About the Role

Join the Client Stories team in a senior marketing role where you'll own a portfolio of client story programs, producing standout content in close partnership with clients, sales, and marketing teams across regions. This is an opportunity for a strategic, creative marketer to hold business storytelling to the standard of the world's best consumer brands, and to help shape where the program goes next.

Responsibilities

  • Set editorial direction for owned programs, deciding which client stories to pursue, decline, and how they advance key Payments narratives and business priorities.
  • Make portfolio trade-offs across competing stakeholder requests and clearly explain the reasoning to senior leaders.
  • Lead production of high-quality client stories (video, written case studies, etc.), ensuring craft, brand standards, and on-time delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and their teams, shaping narratives, preparing interview briefs, and guiding clients through the storytelling and approval process.
  • Translate strategic priorities into sharp briefs, creative direction, and success criteria for every story.
  • Partner with sales, campaign, product marketing, and regional teams to place stories for maximum impact.
  • Evolve how client storytelling is measured and reported, driving success against benchmarks.
  • Guide program evolution by identifying new formats and approaches to increase story impact.
  • Run end-to-end program operations, including pipeline, intake, timelines, governance, budgets, and vendor partnerships, utilizing AI tools to scale workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing (customer, content, brand, integrated, creator/influencer, or community marketing).
  • Strong senior-level editorial judgment with a track record of managing content portfolios and aligning work to strategic narratives.
  • A portfolio of storytelling work across video, written, and other formats, meeting a consumer-grade creative standard.
  • Experience working directly with clients or customers and frontline sales or relationship teams to develop and secure stories.
  • Experience owning complex programs end-to-end in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders without direct authority, demonstrating strong business acumen and executive presence.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and production partners, including interview coordination and video shoot logistics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sound prioritization judgment in a fast-moving environment, with a proactive, accountable mindset.
