About the Role

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for supporting offer creation, consulting on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for hotels, and developing system solutions for hotel projects. You will also be involved in creating complete offers, processing competitive descriptions, and observing the market to expand the sales territory.

Responsibilities

Support offer creation from the Key Account department for all of Germany
Consult on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for hotels
Develop system solutions for hotel projects and transfer know-how to the sales team of both brands
Create complete offers including planning, design, specifications, and pricing
Process competitive descriptions and support the sales team
Coordinate within the team for necessary assistance and support
Conduct market observation, territory analysis, and expand the sales territory and incoming inquiries

Requirements

Completed university degree or completed vocational training as a technician
Initial professional experience in the sales of refrigeration/air conditioning systems
Ideally, a network of customers, planners, and architects for product surveys
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
Independent, responsible, communicative, flexible, resilient, and solution-oriented thinking
