About the Role
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We need down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace the transformation we're driving. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to go the extra mile to meet strong customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Serve, sell, and fill shelves to drive sales growth.
- Recommend and sell new food products to customers.
- Utilize digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment.
- Adapt to changing demands by working across various store areas.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on Sundays from 12:00 to 18:30.
- Must be able to work on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 18:30.
- Must be available to work up to full-time hours during the weeks of December 13th and December 20th.
- Must be digitally confident.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
