About the Role
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Mobile Video solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for all project aspects.
Responsibilities
- Lead large projects by developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and resources, and establishing clear goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop corrective action plans.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
Requirements
- Must have 5 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
- PMP Certification is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

- Familiarity with Public Safety communications systems, software solutions or mobile video solutions
- Familiarity with mobile video technology, including required wireless/LTE infrastructure, policy/procedures for retention/redaction/chain of custody, evidence management software and workflow is a plus.

- Able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
- Military experience is highly preferred.
