About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Future Autonomous Marketing (FAM) team, focused on transforming marketing through AI-powered agents. You will serve as the strategic Product Owner for the Experience Optimization Agent, a core capability within the FAM ecosystem, enabling campaign managers to design, configure, launch, measure, and optimize digital experiments and personalized experiences through AI-assisted recommendations, guided workflows, automation, and decision support. You will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery priorities, adoption, and business outcomes for this capability, defining how AI and experimentation platforms work together to simplify processes, improve experimentation quality, accelerate speed to market, and increase customer and business value. This role requires a product leader who understands digital experimentation, marketing technology platforms, platform integrations, and emerging AI capabilities, translating needs into scalable product capabilities and leading delivery in partnership with various teams. This is not a hands-on test builder, campaign execution, or experimentation practitioner role; the Product Owner will focus on setting product direction, defining platform capabilities, making prioritization decisions, and delivering an enterprise-scale, AI-enabled product.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Experience Optimization Agent.
  • Prioritize investments and capabilities that deliver measurable value for marketers and the business.
  • Define product requirements and drive execution from discovery through delivery and adoption.
  • Track product performance and continuously improve outcomes based on user feedback and data.
  • Define how AI-powered recommendations, automation, and agent capabilities are integrated into experimentation workflows.
  • Partner with technology, architecture, data, and AI teams to deliver scalable, reusable platform capabilities.
  • Drive product decisions that balance user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and risk considerations.
  • Shape the long-term evolution of the Experience Optimization Agent within the Future Autonomous Marketing ecosystem.
  • Deliver capabilities that simplify the creation, configuration, and optimization of experimentation and personalization activities.
  • Enable guided workflows, intelligent recommendations, and best practices that improve experimentation quality and efficiency.
  • Drive improvements in customer engagement, conversion, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Promote scalable and consistent experimentation practices across teams.
  • Partner across marketing, digital, analytics, technology, operations, and risk teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, roadmap decisions, and success measures.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to senior leadership.
  • Influence decisions and drive alignment across multiple teams and functions.
  • Ensure product capabilities align with enterprise governance, compliance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology Controls teams to enable safe and responsible innovation.
  • Embed appropriate controls, transparency, and human oversight into AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, agentic solutions, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, data, analytics, and design teams to deliver complex platform capabilities.
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner or Product Manager for an enterprise platform, AI-enabled capability, workflow product, experimentation platform, or marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of product management disciplines including discovery, strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, agile delivery, and value realization.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Target, digital experimentation, A/B testing, personalization, analytics, and optimization practices.
