- Support updates to existing accounts, including ownership, billing, shipping, contact, and credit-information changes.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of NuOrder for the wholesale business.
- Set up and maintain customer and sales representative access, account assignments, territories, and permissions.
- Review NuOrder orders for accuracy and coordinate their entry or integration into the order-management system.
- Troubleshoot customer and sales representative questions related to login access, product visibility, order placement, and platform functionality.

- Help manage order deadlines, shipping windows, and follow-up calendars.
- Coordinate sample and collateral requests for specialty accounts and sales representatives.
- Maintain regular reporting on bookings, open orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and account status.
- Identify order or shipping issues that could affect revenue and escalate them to sales leadership.
- Track specialty-account performance and provide information needed for sales recaps and business reviews.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Allocation, Credit, Finance, Production, Distribution, and Customer Service.
- Support the development and improvement of sales-operation processes, reporting tools, and account-service standards.
