About the Role

As a (Junior) Sales Consultant (m/f/d) at Viessmann Climate Solutions, you will be part of our field sales team, supporting customers in optimally utilizing innovative heating, climate, and energy solutions. Your focus will be on actively acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer relationships, and developing new sales potentials. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and individual consultation to successful order fulfillment. You can continuously develop your sales skills while actively contributing to a climate-friendly future.

Responsibilities

Actively acquire new customers by identifying and approaching potential leads and expanding the customer network.
Analyze sales territories using modern software tools to identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
Support the entire sales process, from needs analysis and quote preparation to order fulfillment.
Present innovative products, systems, and service innovations, and advise customers on solutions based on their needs.
Develop existing customer contacts to establish a foundation for successful and sustainable cooperation.
Monitor market and competitor developments and collaborate closely with sales colleagues to identify and leverage new acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship in the SHK or electrical sector, or a comparable qualification.
Strong sales affinity and enthusiasm for acquisition and sales.
Negotiation-level German language skills.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and persuasiveness.
Residency within the sales territory and willingness to travel regularly within your region.
First practical experience in sales or a customer-oriented role is advantageous.
Enjoyment in building new customer contacts and developing long-term business relationships is advantageous.
Interest in innovative heating, climate, and energy solutions, as well as sustainable technologies is advantageous.
