Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct tests on forgings according to drawings, test plans, and test specifications in shift operations
- Perform dimensional and surface visual inspection, as well as surface crack testing
- Document test results and create error messages in SAP
- Operate simple machines in series production
- Perform simple maintenance work
Requirements
- Ideally, completed vocational training in the metal sector
- Additional qualification in non-destructive testing (e.g., surface crack testing / PT 1) is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in quality assurance, especially experience with coordinate measuring machines
- Good PC skills (Office applications, SAP R/3 knowledge is desirable)
- Willingness to work shifts
