About the Role
Haema is Germany's largest private blood and plasma donation service, partnering with Grifols to improve global health. This role involves professionally guiding donors through the donation process, creating trust and security in a respectful, appreciative, and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture for whole blood and plasma donations.
- Set up plasmapheresis devices and monitor the donation process.
- Provide professional support to donors during donation.
- Assist with potential donor reactions.
- Ensure quality and well-being throughout the donation process.
Requirements
- Completed medical training (e.g., MFA, nursing professional, emergency paramedic, rescue paramedic, or comparable qualification).
- German language skills at B2/C1 level.
Skills

- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
- Reliable and precise working method
- Willingness to work early and late shifts between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM
- Experience in venipuncture is advantageous but not required

Salary/Compensations
- €35,000 – €41,000 gross annual salary (40h full-time, depending on qualifications)
- Allowances for late shifts from 5:00 PM
