About the Role
Shift managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team and inventory management.
