About the Role
Join a SaaS team serving organizations that plan group travel and events. You will own high-volume, transactional deals from initial interest through signed contract or deposit, helping customers book trips while building your Account Executive experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage deals for group trips with fewer than 100 attendees, from quote requests through vendor outreach, proposal review, negotiation, and close.
- Re-engage new and existing platform users who have not reached their next milestone and help move them to a booked contract.
- Run discovery and qualification calls with executive assistants, People Ops and HR leaders, office and operations managers, and team managers planning offsites, trainings, and retreats.
- Negotiate hotel rates, concessions, upgrades, and contract terms across multiple properties.
- Maintain accurate deal records in HubSpot while managing a high volume of calls, emails, and active opportunities.
- Build and run outbound campaigns when inbound demand is slower, coordinating with the BDR team.
- Share customer feedback from calls and deals with company leadership and product and engineering partners.
Requirements
- Two to five years of sales experience, including a strong SDR track record and at least one year as an Account Executive at a technology company, or comparable experience in travel tech or hospitality startups.
- Experience carrying quota and closing high-volume, transactional deals at a technology company.
- A track record managing approximately 30 to 40 active deals with sales cycles around four weeks.
- Experience selling technology products, including PLG or sales-assisted offerings, or travel and hospitality solutions to relevant buyers.
- Comfort with HubSpot and a high-activity sales environment; experience at a startup or technology company is valued.
- A consistent employment history, without multiple roles lasting less than 12 months.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
