Responsibilities
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet customer needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about store performance, understanding your part in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Be yourself, live the company values, make everyone feel welcome, and always follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store as required.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- The ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping trip.
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
- Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
- Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success.
- Be at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.

Salary/Compensations
- Starts from 13.28 an hour, increasing to 14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
