About the Role
This role is for a Customer Success Manager for Planet’s commercial markets, focusing on managing and expanding customer relationships, particularly in the agriculture vertical. Responsibilities

- Partner closely with Account Executives to build unified commercial strategies by bringing actionable account insights and forward-looking recommendations to internal syncs.

- Navigate high-stakes customer situations with composure and sound judgment, prioritizing effectively under pressure.
Requirements

- A solid understanding of commercial business models (how clients make money, industry market shifts, and regulatory changes) and the ability to weigh the trade-offs of customer requests.
- Situational awareness with an ability to read between the lines, dynamically adjust your tone, depth, and detail whether presenting to an executive or collaborating with a technical lead.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional presence that earns trust.
- Flexibility to support global business needs, including availability for US calls.
