  • Translate audience intelligence, first-party data, consumer insights, and market trends into compelling advertiser narratives, customized sales materials, and commercial recommendations.
  • Develop advertiser opportunity briefs, prospecting frameworks, category growth strategies, and arguments that support revenue growth.
  • Partner with analytics, audience, and sales teams to create customized presentations, value propositions, and commercial materials that demonstrate advertiser value.
  • Help sellers connect audience insights, media capabilities, activation opportunities, and measurement solutions to advertiser objectives.

  • Develop seller-facing and advertiser-facing presentations, playbooks, training materials, capability guides, and commercial resources.
  • Equip sellers with audience insights, value propositions, opportunity assessments, and strategic recommendations that strengthen advertiser conversations.
  • Establish scalable enablement frameworks, training programs, and guidelines that support long-term commercial success.
  • Identify and evaluate monetization opportunities, commercial models, and new revenue streams.
  • Develop recommendations across audience solutions, first-party data, partnerships, channels, and activation capabilities.
  • Support opportunity sizing, prospect prioritization, pipeline visibility, business-case development, investment planning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Inform product, roadmap, and commercialization decisions through strategic analysis and growth planning.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on commercialization, retail media trends, advertiser growth opportunities, and RMN strategy.
  • Develop executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and thought leadership that influence business decisions and investments.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, analytics, audience, strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Establish operating processes, governance, and guidelines that improve execution, consistency, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience within Retail Media Networks (required), commerce media, ad tech, audience intelligence, or digital media environments.
  • Proven success developing and driving commercialization and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, first-party data, and how insights can be translated into advertiser solutions and revenue opportunities.
  • Experience crafting advertiser presentations, media kits, battle cards, sales narratives, value propositions, arguments, opportunity assessments, and commercial materials.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to transform audience intelligence, market insights, and advertiser needs into compelling sales narratives, value propositions, and go-to-market materials.
  • Familiarity with audience solutions, data monetization, identity, media activation, measurement, analytics, and first-party data applications.
