About the Role

Google Cloud's Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization drives global strategy and execution for the partner ecosystem to accelerate customer acquisition, consumption, and revenue growth. Strategy and Operations (S&O) Directors architect global operational blueprints and governance systems to enable Google Cloud's scale. This role oversees a multi-tiered global S&O organization supporting Google Cloud's partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a strategic co-pilot directly to the VP of Partner Ecosystem and senior leadership to architect long-term strategic blueprints, establish operational roadmaps, and resolve high-stakes executive escalations across business units.
  • Serve as a manager of a multi-tiered global Partner S&O organization across international hubs, establishing organizational design standards, spans of control, and cross-regional talent development.
  • Own the global operational architecture, planning systems of record, and executive Rhythm of the Business (RoB) for the Partner organization—standardizing engagement and forecasting lifecycles.
  • Hold operational budget, headcount, and capacity-planning accountability for the Partner S&O footprint while leading global annual business planning, target setting, and the systemic design of partner compensation and incentive frameworks with finance and central S&O.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, sales or GTM strategy and operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles in the technology sector.
  • 7 years of direct people leadership experience.
  • Experience functioning as a leader, scaling global capacity and operating models, and leading cross-functional governance in matrixed environments.
  • Experience owning enterprise operational systems of record, multi-year operational roadmaps, annual business planning, and operational budget and capacity allocation.
  • Experience as a manager of managers leading multi-tiered strategy and operations teams across global regions.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field.
  • Experience supporting or operating within enterprise cloud or technology partner ecosystems (e.g., system integrators, ISVs, or service and channel partners) from a strategy, operations, or consulting lens.
  • Experience planning and operating at both the strategic and operational level in a complex, globally scaled product, sales, and partner environment.
  • Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems where no precedent exists—translating quantitative data and operational telemetry into clear executive recommendations and scalable processes.
