About the Role

Google Cloud's Data organization drives global strategy, commercial models, and execution for Google Cloud's data strategy to accelerate customer acquisition, consumption, and revenue growth. • Own the global operational architecture, planning systems of record, and executive Rhythm of the Business (RoB) for the Data organization—standardizing engagement and forecasting lifecycles.
  • Hold operational budget, headcount, and capacity-planning accountability for the Data S&O footprint while leading global annual business planning, target setting, and specialist coverage and capacity frameworks with finance and central S&O.
  • Lead cross-functional governance across multi-VP organizations to arbitrate complex operational trade-offs and enforce standardized rules of engagement to unify data and AI GTM motions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a manager of managers leading multi-tiered strategy and operations teams across global regions.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field.
  • Experience supporting or operating within enterprise cloud, data and analytics, database, or AI go-to-market organizations from a strategy, operations, or consulting lens.
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level in a complex, globally scaled product, specialist sales, and engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems where no precedent exists—translating quantitative data and operational telemetry into clear executive recommendations and scalable processes.
  • Track record of systemic blueprinting—standardizing end-to-end GTM lifecycles, specialist capacity models, and executive governance across multi-billion-dollar enterprise organizations.
