About the Role
We're looking for an EST-based Social Media Manager to join our social team on a global brand account. You'll help build social creative strategy decks for upcoming campaigns, turning insights, platform knowledge, and cultural trends into clear, client-ready thinking. The role runs through the end of the year, with the opportunity to extend and grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the social team to build creative strategy decks for global campaigns, from insights and platform plans to content ideas
- Develop platform-specific recommendations for Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and Reddit
- Track cultural trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to sharpen campaign thinking
- Pull performance data and benchmarks to support strategic recommendations
- Help shape deck narratives and present ideas to internal teams and clients
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of social media experience, including time at a social media agency working on a global brand
- A track record of developing social strategies that drove measurable results
- Comfort with analytics tools such as Sprout, Sprinklr, and Meta Business Suite
- Organized and reliable on deadlines, with flexibility as hours shift week to week
Skills
- Expertise across Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and Reddit
- Strong writing, deck-building, and presentation skills
- Editing skills in CapCut
