About the Role
Bring data to life in a role where your insights directly influence healthcare strategy and performance. As a Data Enablement and Reporting Advisor, you will design scalable analytics solutions that empower leaders to make smarter, faster decisions. You will partner across teams to transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights that improve outcomes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable reporting solutions and dashboards for cost, utilization, and network performance analysis.
- Design and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
- Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and performance optimization.
- Establish data quality and validation frameworks for reporting outputs.
- Enable stakeholders through training on data interpretation and self-service analytics.
- Deliver targeted analyses to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and data validation.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home.
