About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Aide, you will take part in our outpatient physical therapy program. You will assist in maintaining our new state-of-the-art therapy areas by obtaining rehabilitation equipment and restocking linen and medical supplies. You will assist therapists in providing direct patient care as we help our patients achieve functional independence and reach their therapy goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining state-of-the-art therapy areas by obtaining rehabilitation equipment.
- Restock linen and medical supplies.
- Assist therapists in providing direct patient care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated interest in working with Rehabilitation Medicine patients
- Knowledge of policies and procedures of Rehabilitation Medicine
- All roles require on-site presence.
- Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
