About the Role

As a Sr. Associate, Treasury, you will be the operational engine of our liquidity and cash management processes. You will execute critical daily operations, manage transactional workflows, and ensure robust risk controls are maintained through proper Segregation of Duties (SOD). This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to serve as a point of contact for cross-divisional teams while performing the essential financial analysis that drives senior leadership's decision-making. We are looking for an outside-the-box thinker who doesn’t just run the playbook, but actively refines it—identifying inefficiencies, architecting new workflows, and building scalable processes to support future growth. If you thrive on accuracy, continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cash positioning, bank reconciliations, funding execution support, rewards funding calculations, bank account administration, and reporting inputs.
  • Handle first-level operational tasks and transactional workflows, including preparing daily cash data, supporting reconciliations, maintaining clear documentation, and actively tracking exceptions.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to directly support the Senior Manager’s strategic decision-making and business objectives.
  • Execute daily operations flawlessly while ensuring proper Segregation of Duties (SOD) is maintained to support a strong internal control and risk environment.
  • Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for Treasury support, partnering effectively with cross-divisional internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Take proactive ownership of the treasury operational roadmap—thinking outside the box to architect scalable workflows, modernize operational tooling, and drive meaningful, lasting process enhancements.
