About the Role
Baptist is looking to add a Hospital Housekeeper to join our Baptist Medical Center Nassau, Environmental Services team. The Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. Baptist is proud to utilize state of the art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of cleaning duties as assigned, including janitorial and custodial services.
- Sweeps, mops, dusts, and sanitizes a variety of areas including but not limited to offices, bathrooms, patient rooms, non-patient areas, procedure rooms, and common waiting areas.
- Maintains all cleaning supplies in accordance with OSHA requirements.
- Maintains a friendly and professional attitude.
- Always follows safety and security protocols.
- May perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Environmental Services Experience
