About the Role
Plan, market and implement career-related programs, gather data to analyze program effectiveness, and guide graduate students through career planning, decision-making, and job searching processes. Assist students in analyzing interests and skills and developing career goals. Liaise with campus stakeholders including faculty, university administrators, and employers to support graduate student career development.
Responsibilities

- Guide, advise, and support graduate students through the career planning, decision making, and job searching processes
- Assist graduate students in analyzing their interests and skills and developing career goals
- Liaise with campus stakeholders including faculty, university administrators and employers across NYU supporting NYU's graduate student population and their career development
Requirements
- 2 year's relevant experience in career services, counseling, student personnel, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must include experience implementing programs, seminars, events, and preparing training materials
Skills
- Career planning, assessment, and job search expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing and organizational skills
- Ability to engage with a diverse population at all levels
