About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a talented and dynamic Seasonal full-time Café Boulud Server Assistant, from November 2026 to approximately end of February 2027. The Server Assistant will assist the Food Server in providing an enjoyable dining experience, clearing and resetting tables according to Café Boulud standards.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Café Boulud standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
- Clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.
Requirements
- Possesses an affinity for guest service.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform this position to Café Boulud standards and learn the sequence of service.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
- At minimum 1 year previous Busperson experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation.
- Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in Canada.
- Work permit sponsorship is not available.
- The hiring process includes AI screening for keywords and minimum qualifications.
