About the Role
This role involves assisting individuals who have already expressed interest in life insurance by comparing options from over 60 carriers and helping them secure coverage. The position offers a supportive environment with comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Log in and review calendar and follow-ups
- Engage in calls and Zoom meetings with prospective clients
- Assess client needs and compare insurance options
- Help clients obtain life insurance coverage
Requirements
- Must reside in the U.S.
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Possess a Life & Health insurance license, or be willing to obtain one
- Available full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Salary/Compensations
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one for full-time agents
- Paid daily/weekly
