Responsibilities

Learn to ask the hard questions that uncover a prospect's real business pain.
Work alongside field teams to identify and equip technical stakeholders with what they need to advocate for Rubrik internally.
Build a functional understanding of how top-performing SEs design campaign execution strategies that win.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and Specialist Teams to drive outcomes.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Graduating in December 2027 or Spring 2028
Available to work full-time for a 12-week program
Comfortable presenting and thinking on their feet in a live, unscripted setting
Basic technical fluency or aptitude to learn new things
Prior customer-facing experience (support, sales, TA roles, tutoring, campus ambassador programs)
Exposure to cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or data protection/security concepts
Experience with AI/ML tooling specifically
Public speaking, debate, or case-competition background
