About the Role
Lead product management for Work Management, focusing on evolving work platforms into agent-native systems. This role involves setting vision and strategy, driving zero-to-one bets, and leading a team of senior PMs to achieve Google-scale outcomes in product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Set vision and strategy to evolve work platforms into open, agent-native, headless platforms for planning, tracking, and executing work across Google.
- Drive "headless first" workflows where Googlers work (Chat, Docs, IDEs, Antigravity), defining human-agent collaboration with team-in-the-loop autonomy and automated tracking, triage, and reporting.
- Lead and inspire senior PMs, building a culture of technical excellence, speed, and product taste while personally owning complex zero-to-one problems.
- Partner with Work AI, Code AI, DeepMind, and lighthouse teams to deliver a coherent PDLC experience and own Google's agentic work narrative.
- Advocate for agent quality and self-improvement, owning north-star metrics for PDLC throughput and velocity from idea to merged change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of product management experience at a technology-driven company.
- 5 years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring senior product managers and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience building products in developer tools, work management, collaboration, or enterprise workflow.
- Experience shipping products powered by large language models or AI agents.
- Experience driving zero-to-one products from concept to adoption.
- Experience transforming high-scale products by shifting legacy tools into ambient, agent-native systems.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders without authority and convert complex concepts to leadership.
- Deep mastery of end-to-end PDLC and cross-functional triad (PM, UX, Engineering) product execution.
- Proven success shipping agentic products, defining evaluation metrics, and driving measurable quality gains.
- Track record building open platforms, APIs, and ecosystem models that enable third-party builds.
- Strong technical depth to partner closely with engineering and comfort prototyping with AI tools.
