About the Role
Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to ensure that the physical aspects of apartment communities meet company standards and applicable laws. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining various property systems and areas.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Maintain interior and exterior areas according to company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
