About the Role
Evora Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead SAP Cloud ERP implementations from initiation to completion, utilizing SAP Activate and SAP Cloud ALM.
Responsibilities
- Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality across SAP Cloud ERP projects.
- Run projects on SAP Activate, from Discover through Run, tailoring the roadmap to each customer.
- Set up and manage projects in SAP Cloud ALM, including tasks, deliverables, requirements, test management, and issue tracking.
- Use Cloud ALM data for status reporting to steering committees.
- Manage fit-to-standard, sprint or iteration planning, and quality gates between phases.
- Lead the delivery team, including consultants, technical specialists, and customer key users.
- Manage change requests, dependencies, and third parties.
- Prepare cutover and hypercare, and hand over a run-ready operation.
- Report honestly to executive sponsors regarding project status and risks.
Requirements
- 7+ years managing SAP implementations, with at least 3 years on SAP Cloud ERP or S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Track record of delivering on time and on budget in complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Comfort with agile and hybrid delivery.
- Plain, direct communication with executives and delivery teams.
