About the Role
This position is scheduled for 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Work with school leaders to plan school-based open houses, enrollment information meetings, and other school-based recruitment events.
- Represent the school at key community events, recruitment fairs, and other community outreach events.
- Plan and facilitate opportunities for new families to get involved with the school.
- Help secure their decision to join the school family by reaching out to prospective and newly accepted families to keep them engaged, excited, and informed.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in sales, marketing, or business and/or recruitment-related work within a school or similar field.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
