About the Role
The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, providing superior service to all guests. This role is crucial in creating an accommodating environment and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures using the property management system.
- Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
- Identify guest needs and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities.
- Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
- Take reservations from callers, inputting all information into the hotel management system.
- Update and cancel reservations in the system as requested by guests.
Requirements
- Morning Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM
- Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM
- Weekend Availability needed
