  • Design, document, and test fund operating procedures, ensuring all processes are robust, scalable, and compliant with fund governing documents.
  • Manage the ongoing review and approval of Subscription Documents, fund agreements, and other complex legal/operational documentation.
  • Own end-to-end counterparty onboarding, including coordinating legal documentation, account setup, and operational readiness across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless fund launches and new relationship activations.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of fund-level custodial changes, client transfers, and verification of wire instruction changes, designing a robust sign-off and control process.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy, managing daily interactions across multiple business units and external fund partners.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of counterparty relationships, including onboarding new accounts, negotiating and ensuring the execution of agreements, and performing ongoing due diligence to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of direct industry experience in Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, or Fund administration, preferably supporting alternative investment funds.
  • Proven track record of owning, designing, and improving complex operational workflows within a fund structure.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the fund lifecycle, including NAV calculation inputs, trade settlement protocols, capital activity processing, and expense management.
