About the Role
CloudKitchens transforms underutilized properties into smart kitchens to help restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery, making food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient. This role supports daily facility operations by processing orders, coordinating pickups, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Transport orders from kitchens to the facility’s central processing area.
- Process orders and prepare them for pickup by delivery partners.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
- Take ownership of issues and coordinate with partners, employees, and third parties to resolve them.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including sorting incoming packages and deliveries, maintaining inventory counts, and monitoring emails and instant messages.
- Respond promptly to restaurant partners’ questions, requests, and concerns.
- Train and coach team members to ensure consistent execution of operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean facility, assign cleaning tasks, and conduct compliance checks to ensure health code standards are met.
Requirements
- Ability to take ownership of issues and coordinate with partners, employees, and third parties to resolve them.
