About the Role
As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. Remove junk safely from homes and businesses, drive and operate box trucks (training provided), and represent our brand with integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
- Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
Requirements
- Passion for sales and a knack for exceeding customer expectations
- Friendly and personable, dedicated to delivering outstanding service
- Physically fit and enthusiastic about engaging in hands-on tasks
- Reliable and hardworking, positively contributing to our team culture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
- No prior junk removal experience required
- Must maintain availability for 1 weekend day every week
- DOT Medical Certification required for driving commercial vehicles
