About the Role
Manage a high volume of recovery cases using established processes, working toward greater independence on routine matters. This role will manage cases end to end, from registering each case in internal systems and assessing the debtor’s profile to preparing notifications for the Legal team or external partners. Support the wider Legal team by helping with side projects, suggesting process improvements, and working with stakeholders to help reduce future financial losses.

Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Good understanding of debt collection processes and cycles, preferably with exposure to the US
- Technologically adept, with a strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering complex internal systems, case management software, and collaboration tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude and a collaborative mindset focused on teamwork and problem-solving
