About the Role

  • Ensure required project documents are created, approved, and filed according to company policies.
  • Prepare and administer CCDC contracts, including progress payment certification, holdback, change order logs, RFIs, and budget tracking.
  • Oversee tenant turnover and project closeout, including deficiency lists, permit closure, as-builts, and handover to property management.
  • Oversee tenant work in accordance with the Lease from onset through completion, including review of tenant drawings, permits, and other documentation.
  • Work closely with property managers and liaise with tenants during the construction process.
  • Develop strong working relationships with all disciplines within the organization.
  • Work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
