About the Role
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Leads to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. This role involves supervising assigned concessions stand operations and managing team members in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all stands and portable carts, ensuring areas remain clean, functional, and safe.
- Evaluate and document the performance of team members.
- Verify inventories before and after each event.
- Ensure food is prepared correctly and promptly.
- Assist with serving guests as business levels demand and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service position required.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Experience as a stand manager or attendant preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally.
- May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures depending on the season.
